This policy explains what information is collected when you play Turny or visit this website, and what we do with it. Estudio Trucha is the game studio brand of Vantia SAC, a company organized under the laws of Peru ("Vantia", "we", "us").

1. Information we handle

• Game data on your device. Turny stores your progress (levels completed), hint balance and settings (such as your language) locally on your device so the game can remember them. We do not require an account, and this data is not sent to us.
• Purchases. When in-app purchases (such as hint packs) become available, they are processed by Google Play. Google handles your payment details; we never see or store your card information. We may receive confirmation that a purchase was completed.
• Google Play data. If you install Turny from Google Play, Google may share aggregated statistics and crash or performance reports with us through Google Play Console (for example, installs, device models, Android versions and crash traces). This is governed by Google's privacy policy.
• Launch notifications. If you sign up on this website, we collect your email address and use it only to tell you about Turny's launch and Estudio Trucha news.
• Website logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability.

2. What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• Turny does not ask for your precise location, contacts, photos or microphone.
• Turny does not currently show third-party advertising. If that changes, we will update this policy before it does.

3. How we use information

We use information to run and improve Turny and this website, fix crashes and bugs, process and confirm purchases, send launch announcements you asked for, keep our services secure, and meet legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (for example Google Play, our website host and our email provider), when required by law, or as part of a merger, sale or reorganization of our business. Those providers may only use the data to provide their services to us.

5. Children

Turny is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us their email address, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Retention

Game data stays on your device until you clear it or uninstall the game. We keep launch-notification emails until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.

7. Your rights

Under Peru's Personal Data Protection Law (Ley N.° 29733) and its regulations, you have the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition regarding your personal data. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to request a copy of your data, to have it deleted, or to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, or to unsubscribe from launch emails, contact us using the details below. You can also unsubscribe using the link in any email we send.

8. International transfers

Our service providers may process data in countries other than Peru, including the United States. When that happens, we rely on providers that protect data appropriately.

9. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we handle. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Turny and our business evolve. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be announced in the game or on this website.
